This document forms the basis of the agreement between you and the rr77 platform — please read it in full before using the service.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, gaming products, and promotional offers on the rr77 platform. 1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms are defined below:

"User" or "You" refers to any person who accesses, browses, or creates an account on the Platform.
"Account" refers to the user's registered profile through which the services are used.
"Bonus" refers to any incentive amount provided by the Platform.

2 Service Eligibility and Age Requirement

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

All information provided when creating an account must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
No false information may be provided regarding your name, date of birth, or contact details.
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials confidential. If shared with a third party, you bear full liability.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

rr77 may request identity verification documents at any time — national ID card, passport, or driving licence.

rr77 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if irregular transactions or suspicious activity are detected.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.
Another example: depositing ৳12,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus winnings, you must complete betting equal to 10 times the bonus amount.
The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount.
Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means you must complete a total of ৳20,000 in betting before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.
When real money and bonus money are played together, the real money balance is spent first.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Multiple people from the same household or IP address may not claim the welcome bonus.
If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be closed and the entire balance may be forfeited.
rr77 reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, rr77 reserves the right to void that bet.
If evidence of suspicious betting patterns or score manipulation is found, the associated winnings will be voided.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Betting market rules follow the specific rules applicable to each sports category.
If a match is abandoned or postponed, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to the rules of the relevant market.
rr77 accepts no liability for any loss arising from technical delays in live betting.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All games are operated by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring fair outcomes.
If an internet connection is lost during a game, the bet result is stored on the server.
rr77's decision on any discrepancy arising from a technical error will be considered final.

7 VIP Program and Rewards

rr77's VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher tier depends on the player's activity and engagement.
VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the associated account.
rr77 reserves the right to change the VIP structure at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Money laundering or conducting any unlawful financial activity.
Betting using bots, scripts, or any other automated method.
Abusing bonuses or gaining advantages through multiple accounts.
Any attempt to breach the security or integrity of the Platform.
Harassing other users or using inappropriate language.
Providing false identity or documents.

If any such activity is found, rr77 may permanently close the account without prior notice and forfeit the entire balance. Law enforcement authorities may also be notified where applicable.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully effective.
